Dr. Kapil Verma is an accomplished academic and organizational behavior scholar with over two decades of experience in higher education, corporate training, and research. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and previously completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta.
His research centers on positive psychology, work engagement, leadership, and the evolving dynamics of work-from-home environments. His work has been recognized internationally, including Best Paper and Top Poster awards at leading academic conferences.
At IIM Kozhikode, he has taught across MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. programs, delivering courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Research Methods, and Advanced Quantitative Techniques.
