I am a passionate Human Resources and Industrial Relations (IR) enthusiast. My research centers on employee management during times of crisis, including how organizations adapt and support their workforce through uncertainty. I am currently working on understanding the evolving nature of work, particularly within emerging economies, where rapid technological, economic, and social changes present unique challenges and opportunities.
